AVPartner.com ships your order according to the method that you selected upon checking out. Most projectors usually ship within 24 to 48 hours. Shipping charges if any will be added to the order at the time of shipment.
We strive to only feature products on AVPartner.com that are currently in stock. However, in the rare case that the item you are purcasing is on backorder with the manufacturer, we will notify you within one business day by email or phone.
Projection Screens, Whiteboards, Plasma Screens, Document Cameras and other accessories will be shipped according to product availability and manufacturing process.
A $25 minimum shipping charge is applied to all orders depending on weight of the product and how it will be shipped.
AVPartner.com is pleased to ship to Canada if the buyer has a vaild shipping account with UPS or FedEx which can be charged duties and other associated customes fees. Unfortunately, all other international orders are not eligible for shipping.
Our Return Policy
We offer a five (5) day return policy should you be dissatisfied with your projector purchase. Please contact our Customer Care Department at (800) 619-4229 for processing your return. We will then issue a Return Authorization Number. This number must be placed on all packaging of products being returned in order to process. All returns must be sent in original packaging in an unopened box. All returns for refund will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus the original outbound freight. (Lamps and Lenses are non-returnable)
In the unlikely event of a defective product return, we will exchange the product in accordance with the manufacturer's replacement policy within thirty (30) days of the date of original purchase.
For our Upgrade Exchange customers we offer a five (5) day full value upgrade policy. Projector may be returned for exchange or trade-up with no restocking fee. You pay only the difference between the original purchase price and the price of the new projector. Offer may not be available to our leasing customers.
Product that may be damaged during freight is the responsibility of the freight carrier. However, it is your responsibility to inspect and note any damage at time of delivery. Any damage must be reported in writing to the carrier representative at time of delivery if at all possible. Request a damage report or inspection report from the freight carrier. Concealed damage must be reported depending on carrier with (5) days or less. All product packaging and related components must be available for inspection. Contact the carrier for any claim associated with the damage. AVPartner.com is not liable for filing of claims or collection of damages.
All products covered under our return or exchange programs must be shipped/returned in new condition to our facility complete with the original packaging, all documentation including blank warranty certificate, manuals, cables and accessories, within five (5) days of receipt by you, via minimum 2nd day freight with insurance for the full value of the original purchase.
Our Warranty
All new projectors come with the standard manufacturer's warranty. All demo machines have warranties ranging from full warranty to no warranty. Demo machine warranty is on a per machine basis. Please call or email with warranty length for particular models.
