1.  How do I order?

2.  What is the Return Policy?

We offer a five (5) day return policy should you be dissatisfied with your purchase. Please contact our Customer Care Department at 1 (877) 619-0305, option 3, for processing your return. The CAP department will issue you a Return Authorization Number. This number must be on all packaging of products being returned in order to process. All returns must be returned in original packaging. All returns for refund will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus the original outbound freight. Credit Card purchases will be assessed an additional transaction fee of 1.5%. Offer may not be available to our leasing customers.

In the unlikely event of a defective product return , we will exchange the product in accordance with the manufacturer's replacement policy within thirty (30) days of the date of original purchase.

For our Upgrade Exchange customers we offer a five (5) day full value upgrade policy. Projector may be returned for exchange or trade-up with no restocking fee. You pay only the difference between the original purchase price and the price of the new projector.  Offer may not be available to our leasing customers.

Product that may be damaged during freight is the responsibility of the freight carrier. However, it is your responsibility to inspect and note any damage at time of delivery. Any damage must be reported in writing to the carrier representative at time of delivery if at all possible. Request a damage report or inspection report from the freight carrier. Concealed damage must be reported depending on carrier within five (5) days or less. All product packaging and related components must be available for inspection. Contact the carrier for any claim associated with the damage. AVP is not liable for filing of claims or collection of damages.

All products covered under our return or exchange programs must be shipped/returned in new condition to our facility complete with the original packaging, all documentation including blank warranty certificate, manuals, cables and accessories, within five (5) days of receipt by you, via minimum 2nd day freight with insurance for the full value of the original purchase.

3.  What are my payment options?

We offer several methods of payment for your purchase.

  • MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover -- Some credit card purchases may carry a 1.5% transaction fee.
  • Certified, Cashiers or Company Check with approval.
  • Wire funds transfer.
  • Company Purchase Order with approval.

4.  What is our Warranty?

All products provided by AVP include the standard original equipment manufacturers warranty. Warranty terms differ according to manufacturer. AVP will assist to administrate warranty claims to assure your satisfaction.

AVP is not responsible or liable for any incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from the sale and/or use of any product or service provided or associated in connection with this agreement, including but not limited to loss of profits, claim of indemnity, loss of performance, loss of data, contributory loss or failure, or any other damages arising from the purchase or use of said equipment or service provided by AVP.

5.  When will my order ship?

Most projectors are shipped the same business day if order is placed and received before 1:30 PM EST. Orders received after 1:30 PM EST are normally shipped the next business day. Most projectors are shipped via United Parcel Service ground transportation. However customer may specify alternative means of shipment. Shipping charges if any will be added to the order at the time of shipment.

Projection Screens, Plasma Screens, Document Cameras and other accessories will be shipped according to product availability and manufacturing process.
